New Construction & Remodeling

 

   In 1995 Don Dickson Construction began building custom Lindal Cedar Homes in the greater Gallatin Valley. Our first project was the model home located at 8274 Huffine Lane, near Four Corners. It is currently the home of a popular radio station. Following that, we built a home for Ron and Brenda Crook, owners of Home Team Inspection Service. It is located on the corner of south 19th and Hodgeman Canyon in the Hyalite area. Their home was completed in 1996. In 1997 we went on to build a home for John and Willa Voldseth in Lennup, Montana, near White Sulphur Springs. By 1998 we had completed another home for John Walsh in Bear Canyon near Bozeman. In 1999 we began construction on our largest house to date for Dr. Joseph and Stella Caprini in Big Sky. This was a turn key type of project with the owners doing site visits every few months.  In 2000 we began extensive remodeling to a four unit apartment building on 322-330 North Montana Street.
